What We Will Explore:
- Distinguishing Story vs. Reality: Learn to notice the projections, assumptions, and internal narratives that keep you isolated, and practice speaking what is actual and present.
- Somatic Truth-Telling: Tune into physical cues—breath, tension, heart rate—to guide how you show up with others in real time.
- Relational Magic & Circling: Participate in structured relational exercises and micro-circling designed to reveal what it’s like to be in connection with you right now.
