Step out of the noise of the everyday and into a space of intentional, face-to-face connection. Hosted at the WitchSchool Shop at 60 George Street in the Byward Market, this two hour gathering is an invitation to explore the depth, warmth, and grounded power of true human presence.
At ARO, we believe that authentic human connection is the medicine for these times. Through eye gazing, shared presence practices, and structured sentence stems, you will be invited to drop the social masks and experience what it feels like to be truly seen—and to see one another—without judgement or expectation.
If you’re already familiar with sharing presence, eye gazing, and authentic relational practices, come drop deep into the energy, sharpen your practice, and hold space for a pop-up community in this two-hour window.
The Curious & First Timers: If you are curious about authentic connection, looking to break through surface level small talk, or interested in learning more about ARO (Authentic Relating Ottawa) or authentic relating practices, you are in the right place. Every exercise is fully opt-in and guided with care and designed to meet you where you are at. You can drop by anytime during the two-hour window to have an experience.
